This policy applies to any information we collect on or through any of Encircle’s websites or apps, or in person at any of our properties or at any of our events. You must agree to the provisions of this Privacy Policy if you use any of our websites or apps.

This Privacy Statement does not apply to information that you provide to third parties, such as other members, including group organizers and network administrators, or to others with whom you may share information about yourself. We are not responsible for any third party’s privacy policy or content, even if we link to those services from our platform or if we share information with these third parties.

7. Children Under Thirteen
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.
8. Residents of California
If you are a California resident, you can request a notice disclosing the categories of personal information about you that we have shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. To request this notice, please submit your request by email to info@encircletogether.org. Please allow 30 days for a response. For your protection and the protection of all our users, we may ask you to provide proof of identity before we can answer such a request.
