Upcoming Therapy Options in 2026

Encircle Therapy is excited to announce that in 2026, new group therapy options will available. This new therapy option will serve as a supportive, closed therapy group for Trans, Non-Binary, GNC, Gender Fluid, and Agender adults ages 18–30. This group blends psychoeducation, skill development, and personal processing to empower participants in exploring gender identity, self-compassion, and emotional well-being.

Over 10 weeks, members will build mindfulness skills, strengthen emotional regulation, practice self-care, deepen self-understanding, and connect with community in an affirming environment.

There are currently 12 spots available on a first come first served basis. Additionally, all 10 therapy sessions would be completely covered through generous donor support.

Start Date: January 17, 2026
Duration: 10 Weeks
Time: 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
Location: Encircle Salt Lake
